Green New Deal 101

April’s 101 series workshop will focus on the Green Party’s best known policy plank, the Green New Deal. First appearing in US Green campaigns in 2010 and updated by the 2020 Hawkins/Walker campaign as the Ecosocialist Green New Deal, this workshop will cover the history and policy positions of the Ecosocialist Green New Deal and how it differs from Democratic policy proposals of the same name.
